Description
Allied Precision's KozyBird Spa Heated Bird Bath with Deck Mount (Model K673-01) features an attractive sculptured design looks and feels like natural granite.
A hermetically-sealed heater and automatic thermostat keeps water ice-free down to -28°C/20° F. Centre "island" creates a shallow, natural puddle to attract smaller birds. Non-slip surface makes for sure footing while bathing.
The heating element is completely hidden beneath bird bath surface and automatically shuts off if bath runs dry. Your extension cord (not included) extends up through the base of the deck mount and plugs directly into the underside of the bath basin. Bath basin twists off the deck mount for ease of changing water and cleaning without your having to remove the deck mount.
This simple but durable deck mount firmly attaches the bird bath to flat deck rails. Designed to "clamp" with four thumbscrews onto standard 2"x4" or 2"x6" wooden deck rails, or even the top of a 4" x 4" post!
