Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
We process and ship orders within 2 business days.  We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.  Depending on where you live in Canada; you should receive your order within 4 to 10 business days.  Remote locations may take a little longer.  Please email us with your delivery postal code if you require a more accurate delivery date.

If you wish a quote to upgrade to Canada Post's Xpresspost (Air) Service, please email us and specify which products are to be shipped and the destination postal code.  Once we have provided you with a quote to ugrade your shipping method, you can then click here to add the extra shipping charges to your order.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email directly from Canada Post. This email contains the tracking number for your shipment and the expected delivery date.  

We ship from within Canada so you will never pay any customs or duties.

Out of Stock Items / Backorders
If you place an order for multiple items and one or more of those items are showing as out of stock on our website we will hold your entire order until it is ready to ship complete.  (You can find the stock status of a product on the detailed product page directly under the price of the product.)

Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes. No duties are applicable as all products ship within Canada.

Taxes
We're based in Nova Scotia.  As such, your order (items and shipping) is subject to applicable GST/HST based on delivery address as follows:

- 5% GST only for Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories
- 13% HST for Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland & Labrador

- 14% HST for Prince Edward Island

- 15% HST for Nova Scotia

International Orders
We do not ship to addresses outside of Canada.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.  All shipping is insured and traceable.  Depending on where you live in Canada; you should receive your order within 4 to 10 business days.  The fee you are charged is for both shipping and handling of your order.  We pack every order carefully, using appropriate and, wherever possible, recycled or biodegradable materials. 

Returns
Simply call or email for a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt, then return the item(s) in NEW CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING to us for a refund. NOTE: Items returned without a return authorization number will NOT be accepted. Items returned that have been used, altered or without original packaging, in damaged packaging or with missing parts will be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Opened software and CDs are not returnable.  (Christmas returns have an extension until January 31.)

2013 Recommended Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Be advised that our product selection, particularly weathervanes and windchimes, may become limited as the holiday season approaches.   We recommend that you order early for the best selection.
