Heath's two story, 12 room Purple Martin house features starling resistant entry holes. Converts from 12 single rooms to 6 double rooms or suites. Simply remove interior plug & slide solid door in place to convert. Perfect for the growing Purple Martin Colony!

Assembly Required. Assembly time varies from 1-3 hours depending on the individual. Two people may be required for the final roof assembly.

Mounts on pole with 1-1/4" outer diameter, extending up through house, no mounting plate required. (This means that the house floors do not attach together - they require a round pole with a 1-1/4" outside diameter to connect them together.)
